Delete Your Mind Palace Account

Deleting your account permanently removes it and can't be undone

Option 1: In the App

Open Mind Palace and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
If you sign in with a password, enter it. If you use Sign in with Apple or Google, sign in with Apple or Google again to confirm it's you.
Confirm the deletion.

Option 2: By Email

Email support@getmindpalace.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete My Account". We'll verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Your account and profile
Everything you saved in Mind Palace
Your sign-in sessions and push notification tokens

What May Remain

Records we must keep for legal, fraud-prevention, or billing reasons. Purchase records held by Apple or Google are managed by them.

Data is deleted from our active systems promptly and from backups on their normal rotation. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings to stop future charges.
